At GPQ, we partner with world-class, IATF-certified automotive manufacturers. We are so confident in the premium engineering and precision quality of our engine components that we proudly stand behind every purchase with an industry-leading 36-Month (3-Year) Limited Warranty.

Please read the specific terms, coverages, and exclusions of our warranty framework below.

1. Immediate Inspection Period (First 90 Days)

To ensure the best shopping and installation experience, please thoroughly inspect all engine parts immediately upon delivery.

  • If you detect any shipping damage, dimensional mismatch, or manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase, your order is fully covered under our standard Return & Refund Policy for a direct refund or exchange.

  • Once the 90-day return window has closed, the following limited warranty terms will apply.

2. Warranty Coverage & Limits

GPQ offers premium-grade replacement parts that meet or exceed strict OEM standards. This 36-Month Warranty covers product replacements or monetary refunds for the component itself if it fails due to a verified manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is granted strictly to the original retail purchaser of the product and is completely non-transferable if the vehicle or part is sold to a third party.

  • ⚠️ CRITICAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (PLEASE READ): This warranty covers the physical product only. GPQ DOES NOT cover, and is absolutely not liable for: mechanic labor fees, towing expenses, vehicle rental fees, vehicle storage costs, legal fees, lost wages, personal injury, or any other incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use, failure, or installation of our products.


3. Warranty Exclusions

Our complimentary 36-month warranty service is automatically voided, and will not cover products that fall under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Expiration: Products that have exceeded the 36-month warranty timeframe from the original date of purchase.

  2. Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect, careless, or unprofessional installation. (We strongly recommend that all complex engine components, such as camshafts, gaskets, and rebuild kits, be installed by a certified professional mechanic.)

  3. Abuse & Misuse: Product damage resulting from vehicle abuse, racing/track racing, neglect, lack of proper engine maintenance/lubricating fluids, improper repairs, alterations, or unauthorized technical modifications.

  4. Force Majeure: Product failure caused by irresistible external natural forces, including but not limited to floods, fire, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, or accidents.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you suspect a part has developed a structural or performance defect within your 3-year warranty window, please initiate your claim by emailing our dedicated engineering support team at service@gpqengine.com.

To expedite the verification process, please provide:

  1. Your original GPQ Order Number and purchase details.

  2. Clear, high-resolution photos and videos showing the installed component and the specific area of failure or defect.

  3. (Optional but recommended) A diagnostic report or invoice from a certified repair shop indicating the nature of the engine fault.

Once our technical team reviews and approves your documentation, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement part to be shipped to you via expedited freight, or issue a refund for the component.
