At GPQ, we provide FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING to deliver premium engine components straight to your door. We partner with top-tier international express carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.

Please review our comprehensive shipping guidelines below to understand how your delivery is processed, managed, and protected.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Business Days: Our operations, ship-out, and delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included when counting business days.)

  • Processing Time: Once your payment is successfully confirmed, our warehouse requires 1–3 business days to perform quality checks, secure industrial packaging, and process your order for dispatch.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after your package leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Destinations & Address Restrictions

To guarantee secure delivery of high-value engine cargo, GPQ enforces strict geographic and address limitations:

  • No PO Boxes or Military Addresses: We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, private mailboxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders require a physical residential or business address.

  • US Territories & Excluded Regions: Within the United States, we offer delivery to the 48 contiguous states. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, or Marshall Islands. Orders placed with these addresses will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

The Estimated Arrival Date is calculated according to your delivery zip code, package weight, and the shipping carrier’s transit efficiency.

  • Standard Delivery Window: Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delays & External Factors: Please note that all dates shown are estimates only. While the vast majority of packages arrive within the projected window, actual delivery dates may occasionally be affected by flight schedules, customs clearance delays, severe weather conditions, or seasonal peak volumes.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Upon receiving your package, all shipping boxes and items must be thoroughly inspected immediately for signs of transit damage, structural loss, or incorrect parts. Our warehouse utilizes custom-molded shockproof packaging to prevent damage, but transit incidents can occur unexpectedly.

  • Reporting Window: If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, you must contact our support team immediately.

  • Limitation of Liability: GPQ is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or incorrect parts reported after 90 calendar days from the delivery date, regardless of which party is at fault.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages that are stolen from your porch or doorstep after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier.

5. Shipping Terms & Risk of Loss (FCA Compliance)

All purchases made through the GPQ website are strictly subject to international FCA (Free Carrier) terms. This legally means that the title of ownership and the risk of loss pass to you (the buyer) the moment we hand over the securely packed shipment to the international carrier.

To ensure a seamless retail experience, please note how this affects your order:

  1. Shipping Costs: We arrange and fully cover the initial freight costs to your doorstep (Free Shipping). However, the shipping carrier assumes physical custody and operational risk during transit.

  2. Customs, Duties & Taxes: As the importer of record, the buyer is entirely responsible for all international customs clearance, including any applicable local import duties, VAT, consumption taxes, or administrative brokerage fees required by your country’s regulations.

  3. Non-Receipt Claims: If your shipment has not arrived within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated tracking delivery date, contact us immediately. To remain eligible for a formal carrier investigation, all non-receipt reports must be filed with us within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  4. Our Commitment: While we are not directly liable for packages once in the carrier’s possession, we are dedicated to our customers' rebuild projects. We will actively assist you in filing, tracking, and resolving a formal dispute claim with the shipping provider should any transit issues arise.
