Return Policy
At GPQ, we want you to have an exceptional experience from start to finish. It all begins by offering Free Global Delivery and Premium Engineered Engine Components. Our professional technical support team is always available via phone, chat, or WhatsApp to answer all your fitment and overhaul questions. We understand, however, that at some point, you may find yourself needing to return a part.
Please read our return guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 90 days from the date of delivery. If 90 days have gone by since your package arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

In its original, undamaged factory packaging (especially critical for precision engine kits, bearings, gaskets, and pistons).

Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Eligible Reasons for Return:

Ordered the wrong parts.

Does not fit your vehicle.

Part is defective or damaged during transit.
2. Refunds & Restocking Fees (if applicable)
Once your return is received at our warehouse and thoroughly inspected by our quality control engineers, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Partial Refunds: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only qualify for a partial refund or may be rejected.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance or special promotional sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received it, please contact us at service@gpqengine.com.

4. Shipping Instructions
If you need to initiate a return or an exchange for a defective item, please email us first at service@gpqengine.com to obtain the correct warehouse return address and your RMA number. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
